Day 1579 Back to a good hard workout!

Beautiful, as we got back to chin ups and plank and crunches!And let us not forget stretching!

Burned 2329 in 60. Was excited to do 50 chin ups, 8 plus minutes of plank, 340 killers,450 crunches and 600 q's. Finished with 800 floor crunches.
Weighed in at 181.

That is an excellent point, and it raises the question of .....I have my opinion but, first I want to hear yours.

I wonderful way to turn a conversation into an entertaining debate.  Thanks for reading along with me.
