Day 1256 We are working with a singleness of purpose

To clarify its meaning; "You can have anything you want -- if you want it badly enough. You can be anything you want to be, do anything you set out to accomplish if you hold to that desire with singleness of purpose." ~ Abraham Lincoln

How true is that? So true, that it is scary. So, what exactly is a singleness of purpose?
Think about this, intention, aim, goal, target, object.

Those are the words which best describe my idea of singleness of purpose. I am targeting the hours of 6 pm through 8 pm on this Thursday August 4TH as my peak moments of the week. It all points toward an awesome explosion of energy as the clock ticks down to that period of time.

In sixty minutes I burned 1355 calories
65 assisted chin ups
1375 crunches
450 floor crunches
eight minutes of plank

Another awesome workout. Thanks be to God.

We bolt towards day 1257 with a gleam in our eye.
