Day 1270- My rest? A nice short nap equals 3 1/2 hours

That is correct three and half hours. I went to sleep at 1230 am and woke up at 410 am. I came to the house from the daily toil at 945 pm after showering, eating and looking at TV. I went to sleep around 1230 am only to wake up at 410 am and

In sixty minutes I burned 1340 calories
15 assisted chin ups
360 crunches
600 floor crunches
four minutes of plank

Now, tonight is the key. I need to play catch up on sleep. If I get back six hours at least, I should be good. Six hours gets me down around ten pm.

Last week I did not catch up until Friday. This I plan on making it different.

Day 1271 with a good rest behind me!
