Day 1262 Mark it down, its raining-----

After a long sleep. Much in need. We zero in on, a workout designed to wake up the echoes. It will be interesting to see how this plays out......

By the time I was done it had stopped raining and I burned 1406 calories.

In sixty minutes I burned 1406 calories
0 assisted chin ups
00 crunches
0 floor crunches
zero minutes of plank

Ode to sleep then quick workout and then back to work--- And I would not want it ANY---OTHER----WAY!

Day 1263 cut me a slice!
