Day 1794 This time a double without the weights? Nah, we go for three days with weights!

Then I put 2 1/2 pound weights on each ankle.Then went to the gym and got on the Cybex arc trainer and put the settings on top resistance for 121 minutes and away I went. I burned 4494 calories. Got the machine went into the locker room and took over my incredibly soaked clothesand put on dry stretched and went him. Weighed in at 185.

That was the 78TH double. My first while wearing a thermal and ankle weights.

Day 1795 Up at 3 am, workout and then do our radio show. Then, work.
