Day 1779 A double? Why not? I got the time!

Make it 74 doubles  of 1779 attempts. That means every 24 days I have done a two hour or more hard cardiovascular work.I did all the workout exercises and kept testing to see which ones were comparable to the ones I used to do.

I did a huge 1840 calorie burn in hundred and twenty minutes.However, news flash, I found somecybex arc trainers  machines from the old gym.

20 pull ups
4 minutes of plank sweating like crazy all three ways
Did 20 on an abdominal machine at around 50 pounds
where is floor machine?
the quantum machine?
the incline sit up bench?

Weighed in at 188.

Day 1780 I am psyched to use the old machine! Hit me for another double.
