Day 1806 Happy February, my math was a little off, 5 years is Day 1829.

Woke up without a hint of reluctance and had a great workout. While wearing ankle weights( 2 1/2 pounds on each ankle) I burned 2303 calories in sixty minutes. My circuit was the strongest since the new gym opened.

35 pullups
100 crunches incline
110 old style crunches
70 new style crunches decline
52 50 lb on the ab machine.
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
Weight 187.6 too many peanuts not last night, pretzels?

I challenge myself over and over again. I love to workout, I pride myself on working out. I hear the credo JUST SHOW UP AND FIGHT! JSUAF
