Day 1670 Back to a regular schedule can we do three in a row and 29 days!

Well, I started strong. I burned 825 calories in the first twenty minutes.I was on pace for 206 calories per five minutes. Not bad.You know the old Roger Bannister a quarter of a mile every minute to do a four minute mile strategy. Yesterday, my pace was a little faster.I was thinking okay pick up the pace and then we can do another 2500+ calorie burn in sixty.So I flipped the switch and guess what? No such pick up. I said I should be at 840 by 20 minutes into the workout.And I was at 838.I figured okay not bad. Keep the pace and you will have 1676 at 40.Then do another 838, and you will break 2500 !

It all sounded good then I hit the wall.I was barely able ton do 200 in five minutes and I wound up despite a tremendous effort burning, 2411 calories in the hour.Instead of burning 1676 calories in the last 40 minutes I burned 1573.Not a great performance but I kept the streak going to 29 days of burning 2400.
