Day 1655 Lets do it!

Got everything done. Was determined and I did it.

  1. Got up at 411 am
  2. Got to the studio at 520 am
  3. Did a great radio show
  4. Arrived at the gym at 722 am
  5. From 725 to 825 am burned more than 2400 calories in an hour( 2442) my weight on the scale was 185)
  6. Left gym at 833 am
  7. Clocked in at work 851 am
  8. Left work at 502 pm
  9. Shopped bought return airline ticket
Then, I finally showered! Ah, feel great.

By my own choosing I selected all these activities.

Day 1656 Back to normal!
