Day 1684 Back to all the fun stuff, how did you hold up with such little rest?

I held good yesterday as I tried my best to keep as active as I could .It felt great to finally hit the pillow at 915 pm. I was challenged when I got up but as usual I never had any thought of retreat. I was determinred to shake off any stiffness and move forward.

I burned only 2388 in sixty.In only the second time in 43 days I have now burned less than 2400 calories in an hour. I got back to the circuit by;

did 52 pull ups
  7 minutes of plank
    360 killers
    480 crunches
  600 q's
    800 floors
Weight 186

I did dig in deep to get a great workout. I just love the workout!

Day 1685- Now we march our course towards my first vacation since Day 1208= 480 days.
