As of Saturday May 27, 2017 ( spring time day 69) I have now done 3500.65 workouts in the last 3380 days =1.0356 120.65 + days!

Week total for  Sunday May 21 to Saturday May 27 2017  total minutes  481 minutes. My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout

I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of May 21-27 On Friday, today, I did 0 minutes.
My total this week is 481  minutes.Nailed the week, by 61 minutes so far,a whole day! Now to add to the total and beat last weeks mark of 513 I need to do ......33 more minutes between now 4:26 am Saturday and 12 pm Saturday.Resetting the game clock I have 19 hours and 39 minutes to do the 33 minutes to break last week's total! In that time period the gym will be open for 12 hours. Since I have chosen to use that one location I have limited myself to those 12 hours to complete the 1 half hour  of time. Now, factoring in my work schedule and my show time the window gets smaller. I finished work yesterday at 2:30 pm that left me enough time to get the 92 in yesterday. However, I  perceived myself as being very was tired and set my goal at a half hour workout prior to getting to the gym. I changed my goal to 60 minutes when I got there. My body did not feel right  to do the extra 33 minutes to break last week's total of 513 minutes.This still leaves me with today Saturday I anticipate a similar day and that leaves my no time to get the minutes unless I modify my show time preparation.
What will I do? Let's see, shall we?
The wrap up as the day wore on I received a call at 12 pm requesting to work another hour and a half. Once I did that there was little opportunity to beat lasts week's total. However, the math did favor me, I averaged 513/7 days for a 73 minute a day average and this week I averaged  481/ 6 days 80 minutes a day. Understanding that I also worked 6 more hours  than last week. I am good with that outcome. Now we head into week May 28- June 3. On the surface Monday is an added work day and the gym hours are 7am to 12pm.   The times when I am scheduled to work. I am going to ask my subconscious mind to offer a solution to this time management challenge. 


A quick look back at last weeks 513 minutes of hard cardio workouts,a number of minutes for a week that had not been completed since March 18- 24 just before my leg got very sore.The difference between this activity was less intense.

Today, is the first day for the rest of my life.

9 YEARS! BREAK OUT THE ACAI BOWL!

Its been 256 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.

 Since the fall, upon further review, it was a trip on  (3/4/2016)
