Day 1733 Back to a regular workout.I am psyched.

Well it was regular but not as through.I did a great job by burning 2408 calories in sixty minutes. However I started later than usual. I got on the machine at 510 am. As a result I cut short all my exercises but I did them.


did 50 pull ups
 2 minutes of plank sweating like crazy all three ways
    60 killers
    50 crunches
  310 q's
    400 floors
Weight 185

The sleep I needed last night I got.

Day 1734 Now, we get back to our regular program.
