Day 1719 As we resume our regular schedule.

Not so fast. I got to the gym later than usual and did my 60 and pull ups and a long plank session and time ran out.

Burned 2371 calories in 60 minutes and did 40 strong pull ups and did an eleven minute plank Three types for 11 total minutes. 4 minutes on sides and 7 in middle.Or 2 with the right elbow and 2 with the left elbow and 7 with both elbows. The challenge was awesome. I feel strong!

Day 1720 I need to come up with a work out for Thanksgiving Day!
