Day 1722 Hey maybe no snow or monsoons!

I got back on track.

Burned 2410 in 60 and....
did 50 pull ups
  8 minutes of plank sweating like crazy
    340 killers
    440 crunches
  700 q's
    800 floors
Weight 187

Between the show and the slow starts and the nor easter I had not had a solid routine workout since Day 1717.

Now we charge forward as we attack 1750.

Day 1723 Workout work church Notre Dame football and prepare for the show.
