Day 1638 Find your spot and work hard until......

Juiceless but not useless was the best way to describe the workout today.Crawling off the deck from yesterday, I burned 2423 and kept the streak alive at 16 but, fell way short of burning 2500 calories in an hour.

Sometimes 4am comes to quick and my legs are not ready to go.I did 42 pull ups and 8 minutes of plank. 400 killer and 520 crunches and 800 q's with 900 floors. Wait-183.

Day 1639 We go in later, should be able to do two.
