Day 1631 now we hunt down NINE!

Got it 2429 wait- 185 feel great more at lunch!

At 350 pm on Friday almost 10 hours after doing the workout.

I just felt so good as I did an awesome cardiovascular workout for ninth straight day. I did 40 pull ups and 6 minutes of plank with a big hunk of crunches. I did 450 killers 560 crunches and 1000 quantum crunches. 900 floors!

Do we go for a double? As we again for the second straight Saturday I have no work. As me if I am going to the picnic on Sunday.

Day 1632 We aim for double digits!
