We whaled on the cardio as we burned more yesterday than today--AGAIN--. 2348 with a good kick at the end. Cut short my chin ab workout. But, I did do 20 assisted chin ups with the assistance lowered to 94 pounds! Did a 100 killers, 110 crunches, 120 q's,600 floors and 2 minutes up and 2 minutes down on the plank.
My late departure from the house this morning was the reason for my shorter workout.Bummer.
They have already ordered early dismissal at the schools as a wintry mix is on its way.
