Day 1452 Back to a normal workout.

Felt great.Surprised? No matter. Burned 2350 then did 30 chin ups, 330 killers, 430 crunches, 500 q's. Then 800 floors. Now something knew with the plank. 2 minutes up. 2 minutes down. That is an excellent challenge.

Day 1453 Happy Valentine's Day we are in hot pursuit of four years!
