Day 1459 The Monday through Friday routine

A great strong workout.

43 chin ups
440 killers
500 crunches
650 q's
800 floors
4 minutes up
3 minutes down on the plank
Weighed in at 182.

 I feel revitalized. Do we have a war on poverty or a war versus not trying to be our best? If we are not at our best how will we win the war on poverty? If we are not trying to be our best, is it fair to ask why?

Day 1460 Actually fours years but, every four years we must add one day
