Day 1457 Wow, we are getting close

No.What a workout. I wore a t shirt,heavy shirt and two heavy sweat shirts.One of the sweat shirt's  was a hoodie and for 15 minutes I wore the hood.I did a two hour and two minute cardio workout where I burned 4647 calories.

Then I did 35 chin ups,360 killers,460 crunches,630 q's,4 minutes up and two minutes down planks and 800 floors.
I weighed in at 177. I replenished my fluids with 2 quarts of a mix of orange juice and seltzer. Now, I have no appetite.

Day 1458 we are up early and get the gym then work.
