As of August 3 2017 (day 44 of summer the forty fifth longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3589.52 workouts in the last 3446 days =1.0416 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 143.52 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008.

Week total for Sunday July 30 to Saturday August 5  540 minutes. My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout.


I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of  Sunday July 30 to Saturday August 5 , 2017. Today Wednesday I did 60 minutes. My plan for week 
Sunday 150 check ✅
Monday 75 did 80 ✅+
Tuesday 150  did 190 ✅++
Wednesday 75 did 60 
Thursday 109 did 60
Friday 110 
Goal 669 Break 668 record
Plan heading into Sunday ( first day of Sun July 30 - August 5) is hit 150 after a nap then 100 on Monday ( I changed that to 75 then did 80) before dentist then 150 on Tuesday. Goal is to be at 350 ( that was changed dramatically by me when I did 190 today) I am now at 420 already for the week. 
I need 260 to get 680) should I do 90 on Wednesday( other people's health issues only did 60 minutes Thursday  I needed to have my oil changed on my car which ate up about three hours of my available workout time so I slashed my 109 down to sixty minutes. 
Plans change interruptions happen and I am now off course rather than sitting in a good attack mode for the big 680 I am at 540 ( 140 needed for to nail the 680) It is marvelous to see how a simple abc plan of connecting the dots turns into this last ditch heroic effort down the stretch to beat a seemingly doable number of 260 for the last three days.
It will take another 140 be at 680 at the end of today.
My comments on Wednesday after I reached the total of 420  in three days--------

 Ninety minutes times three days will be 270 more minutes and a total of 690 minutes for the week of Sunday July 30 thru Saturday August 5th ( I changed that to 380 )heading into Wednesday I got a good shot at 680. Just as I had planned for this past week prior to the unexpected illness. Funny the strategy was good! The execution poor. Why? I need to visualize more clearly my intentions for the next 168 hours. 
Need to restart meditating again. 
 
The key is to take naps before workouts or do workouts first thing in AM.

As of now, I have now done 540 minutes for the week of 7/30-8/5. As we  seek  420+  accomplished the task for  the twelfth consecutive week.

9 YEARS! BREAK OUT THE ACAI BOWL!
