As of Saturday July 29, 2017 (day 39 of summer the fortieth longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3580.53 workouts in the last 3441 days =1.0405 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 139.53 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008.

Week total for Sunday July 23 to Saturday July 29  427 minutes. My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout.


I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of  Sunday July 23 to Saturday July 29, 2017. Yesterday  Saturday  I did 0 minutes. My plan for week Sunday 150 check ✅
Monday 150 only did 75
Tuesday 150 only did 75 
Wednesday 75 did zero as I was unable to work, as a rule when that occurs I do not workout.
Thursday 75 ✅
Friday 80 did 52 not feeling great yet but we did it for the 11th consecutive
Goal 680! Break 668 record
This was a weak week as for the first time since my quad pain I missed two days of working out.. Still managed to hit 420+ minute goal. By averaging an hour everyday for seven days. Plan heading into today ( first day of Sun July 30 - August 5) is hit 150 after a nap then 100 on Monday before dentist then 150 on Tuesday. Goal is to be at 350 heading into Wednesday I got a good shot at 680. Just as I had planned for this past week prior to the unexpected illness. Funny the strategy was good! The execution poor. Why? I need to visualize more clearly my intentions for the next 168 hours. 
Need to restart meditating again. 
 
The key is to take naps before workouts or do workouts first thing in AM.

As of now, I have now done 427 minutes for the week of 7/23-29. As we  seek  420+  accomplished the task for  the eleventh consecutive week.

9 YEARS! BREAK OUT THE ACAI BOWL!

On Tuesday,  9/20/2016 The first bottle of Entroocell Focus arrived. I am planning on taking the first two of 71 tablets -

Its been 316 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.
