Hi Bryan, is okay if I do my show from 10-12 tonight. The only reason I am asking is because Damon who usually does his show in that time will not be here( he is on cruise). When I spoke to him last week he asked me to make sure his show was on automation. I think the 10-12 slot will be perfect coming off the broadcast of the football game. totally satisfied and felt awesome. So today, Day 2037 I set a goal of burning 2100 in 60 and then burned 2019 in 60 minutes.I pushed real hard to hit 2100 I just was unable to get loose.Still Awesome.I had on 3 heavy layers( long sleeves)
