As of Monday December 25, 2017(A white Christmas ) (day 4 of winter the one hundred and 88th day (colder temperatures) longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done for 3730.29 workouts in the last 3590 days =1.039077 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 140.29 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008. 78th day since 8/31 that I hit the target of the day.



On Monday December 25, 2017 After a solid 7 and quarter hours of sleep I blasted out 0 minutes of hard cardiovascular workout  the gym was closed on Sunday to Monday I was up from 3 am  Sunday to 12:30 am Monday. It felt good to sleep. Over the last 8 or 9 years I had squeezed a workout in each Christmas 🎄 no workouts on  Christmas  in the last two years.

The 420 streak ended at 16 
Interesting on May 20 when I decided to see if I could hit the 1.04 mark 
I was at 1.0348 on July 11 I hit 1.0411 my spill has set me back as I climb to get back to 1.04 When I fell I was at 1.0425!! Oh Man A great challenge that has me psyched to beat 1.0425! In order to hit 1.0425 I need to be at 500 minutes a week for the next 12 1/4 weeks
On December 14  2017 I climbed back to 1.039058 as for  the last 2 days I have done 130 minutes.

The thirty two weeks up to date total 
Week December 30 75 minutes
Week December 23 420 minutes will do 420 this week to rest the legs( walked almost 27 miles in 4 days it was a solid week of walking- 40 miles in 7 days.
Week December 16 ( Vacation week) 785 ( Sun+Mon 120,Tues 90, Wed + Thur + Fri 130 Sat 65 ) minutes 
Trusting my legs and how my body felt I opted for a 65 minute workout out and a 1.039385 still awesome as I set new weekly minute plateau of 785!

December 9 425 minutes I came up short but that was my intention ( after 8 consecutive weeks I missed) my knee felt a little weak I feel much better from it. With snow in the forecast for today and vacation set to start after 1 pm I will decide if I may drop in another workout prior to the end of the week.
December 2 505 minutes beat 480 by doing 105x3= 315 ( hit 320)in first 3 days, RIGHT!
November 25 480 minutes goal is to hit 470 minutes beat last week again!
November 18 465  minutes- beat last week!
At end of day on Saturday  November 18 was at 1.037286
Started week at 1.0372 after Sunday  November 12 workout 

November 11 455 minutes beat last week by 15 minutes and gained 35 minutes on the week.  Went up from 1.0369 now at 1.0373 on Friday the 10th.

November 4 440 minutes beat last week! Had a shot at 450 but didn't plan Wednesday correctly.
October 28 428 minutes beat last week!
October 21 427 minutes beat last week!
October 14 424  minutes Came back! Averaged a 60 minute a workout a day for the week!

September was weak due to injury and testing the knee  plus limiting workouts SUN-Sat to 60 minutes ( Saturday has been a challenge because of radio show and nap/rest time.

Today, is the first day for the rest of my life. Isn't that true!

9  3/4 YEARS! BREAK OUT THE ACAI BOWL!

On Tuesday,  9/20/2016 The first bottle of Nootrocell  Focus arrived. I am planning on taking the first two of 71 tablets - 
On Wednesday September 21, 2016 took first tablet of  Nootrocell Focus Focus. Stopped taking on September 14, 2017. Did like the caffeine and taurine.

Its been 468 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.

 Since the fall, upon further review, it was a trip on  (3/4/2016)
