As of Sunday October 8, 2017 (day 16 of fall the one hundred eleventh longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3642.58 workouts in the last 3512 days =1.0371 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 130.95 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008. Sixteenth day since 8/31 that I hit the target of the day.

Christ said to his disciples I will make you  fishers of men.The question is today, who among us is the best friendship farmer?


Week total for Sunday October  1 to Saturday October 7, 325 minutes. Seventeenth workout since spill.Saw Brian Fillmore said I was good to workout on September 15 th for the first time since August 31st  I did a workout at the Doctor's okay that Hit the daily target. Also, at his advice I iced the knee after and took the anti inflammatory. 


Sunday October 1- steps 20,669 miles 7.5 does not include 60 minutes of hard cardio
Monday October 2- steps 10,002 miles 3.8 does not include 70 minutes of hard cardio
Tuesday October 3- steps 7,827 miles 2.8 and counting not including 75 minutes of hard cardio 
Wednesday October 4 - 12,829 miles 5.2 not including 60 minutes of hard cardio
Thursday October 5 - steps 13,053 miles 5  not including 60 minutes of hard cardio
Friday October 6 - steps 12,121 miles 4.8 not including 20 minutes of hard cardio
Saturday October 7- steps 13,511 miles 5.1  including dog walk
Sunday October 8 - steps 19,088 miles 7.8 including dog walk not including 75 minutes of hard cardiovascular workout

A recent discovery, the phone I carry in my pocket every day since I got it has been recording my steps. I walk about 15,000 steps every work day which is close to 5 miles a day in addition to the one hour of hard cardio and the ab workout.

On Tuesday,  9/20/2016 The first bottle of Nootrocell  Focus arrived. I am planning on taking the first two of 71 tablets - 
On Wednesday September 21, 2016 took first tablet of  Nootrocell Focus Focus. Stopped taking on September 14, 2017. Did like the caffeine and taurine.

Its been 390 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.

 Since the fall, upon further review, it was a trip on  (3/4/2016) My
