As of Saturday October 28, 2017 (day 36 of fall the one hundred 31st ( weather starting to get less mild)longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3662.58 workouts in the last 3532 days =1.0370 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 130.58 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008. 31st day since 8/31 that I hit the target of the day.

9  1/2 YEARS! BREAK OUT THE ACAI BOWL!

On Tuesday,  9/20/2016 The first bottle of Nootrocell  Focus arrived. I am planning on taking the first two of 71 tablets - 
On Wednesday September 21, 2016 took first tablet of  Nootrocell Focus Focus. Stopped taking on September 14, 2017. Did like the caffeine and taurine.

Its been 410 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.

 Since the fall, upon further review, it was a trip on  (3/4/2016)
