Day 1983 we did our 91ST DOUBLE and burned 4360.

Today I woke up at 321 am without the alarm, got on the

 On Day 2109 we did our 114TH double  burned 4213 in 120 minutes, as I gave a maximum effort to beat 4200. I did the workout after fasting for 15 hours.
 On Day 2133( day 18) we did our 115TH double  burned 4093 in 120 minutes, as I gave a maximum effort to beat 4100. I did the workout after fasting for 15 hours.
 On Day 2136( day 21) we did our 116TH double  burned 4116 in 120 minutes, as I gave a maximum effort to beat 4100.

Went to sleep at 1145 pm.Talk about determination. Got up at 6 am. Had nothing to eat or drink.Went and rented a truck then picked up a couch. Brought it home. Got ready for work returned the truck then, went to work. Still had nothing to eat or drink. Worked until 415pm Still nothing to eat or drink.Got home at 505 pm still nothing to eat or drink. Got on the machine at the gym and burned 2035 calories in an hour. Did crunches and practiced  Tai Qi. Stretched. Left the gym as it was closing at 7 pm. Went to the store bought food. Got home around 730. Broke the fast after 20 hours 20 minutes.And during that time did a 1 hour and half workout.

I was determined to work out before I ate or drink anything just like I usaully do.

Last work out was on Tuesday 1/7/14 day Day 30 /Day 2144 burned 2009 in 60 excellent.I gave a maximum effort to beat 2000- Awesome! weight 184 after fasting from 10 pm to 430 pm. Then by night fall I was in some very serious pain.
Today I am going to see how I feel and take another crack at it.


As we are getting ready to wrap up the year 2013. Two simple questions

Setting the record straight.On February 23, 2008 I did a one hour cardiovascular workout. For the next 2112 days I did a least 1 hour of hard cardio workout each and every. On 114 of those 2113 days I did  a 2 hour hard cardio workout. On 2 of those days I did a three hour workout. In everyone of my workouts I gave myself 5 minute cool down.All total including today, I have done an average of more than one hour of a hard cardio workout a day over the last 2120 days.All total I have done 2236 1 hour of hard cardio workouts. On Dec 5th 2013 at 12 noon after completing my 2113TH day of doing at least one hour of a hard cardio workout, I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance.I was dis charged from the Hospital on Dec 6th at 4pm. At that point I had a decision to make.I choose to listen to the doctors I was not confident how my body would do after having had an IV in my arm for 34 hours.On the second day I rested.

Woke up in pain at 3 am been up since.Hardly slept so I went to the gym at 410am. Jan 13 pm  Doc change medz so I was able to sleep almost pain free.Felt good all day Tuesday.(tramadol and ibuprofen.)
January 14 th 2014 Another great effort as my left arm was BARKING to the beat of the band.That was the straw that broke the camels back.As I was in so much pain yesterday prior (having NOT being able to sleep). to the cardio workout and during the workout and finally after the workout. That I had to go to the doctor. Where I  found out that my pain was very bad and the doctor said it was a neck sprain.The weather has gotten warmer with a deep freeze in the forecast- whoa from 50 to 10 degrees is predicted. Almost like going from 12 degrees the other night. Then into a studio where the temp was 88 degrees-Geez, Louise
Day 4/Day 2152 burned 2083 in 60 excellent.I gave a maximum effort to beat 2100- Awesome! weight 187 after fasting from 10 pm to 430 pm.
5 sets of inclined crunches at about 50 each set.
Practiced Tai Qi and weighed in at 187.Tai Qi end until February 4, 2014.

I have now done 2255 workouts in 2152 days.

Another great effort as my left arm was BARKING  to the beat of the band.

This workout took a substantial effort as I got up at 315am as the snow and bitter cold swirled about started calling the gym at 345 am.My goal was to dig myself out and get to the gym then go to work. Having received no response from at least 10 calls to the gym I did a short workout at home and then dug my self out and went to work.The attendance at work by the employees and the customers was extremely low. Around 215 I was able to get out and get gas then arrived home at 250pm . I then dressed and went to the gym which had opened at 11am. Why there was no electronic communication regarding the status of the closing and opening of the gym is beyond me. A big part of me would like to correct this issue of communication.Plain and simple, do I drive to gym and are you going to be open when I get there?

After I showered and ate I headed to the studio to do the weekly radio show. It was incredibly hot in the boiler room I mean studio. A drastic difference from the 8 degree
temperature outside.
