The record stands as of December 10 Day of infamy ( week)75 years 2016 ( day 32 after ELECTION DAY Day 5 after Japanese agree to put 50 billion it to US for business and add 50,000 jobs, day 6 after Trump contacts Taiwan day eight after Trump arranges for Carrier to stay in the US)I have now done 3342 1/2 workouts in the last 3205 days.( 3342 1/2 3205= 1.04 ) Eight years and Two hundred eighty two days one to the DAY! THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PLUS DAYS!!!

Friday  Slept 8:30 to 3:45 am worked 8 hours to the gym on the purple arc trainer burned 1148 calories in 30 minutes. Had a Great hard cardiovascular workout, burning 38.27 calories per minute.

As I reflect on my life, I feel there is a lesson to be learned. I was not suppose to have the body I have now. Thinking back, when I was still a teen I was very lean and very muscular. However, in my early twenties my body changed dramatically. Though I was still muscular I weighed over 200 pounds and by my mid twenties I ballooned, despite still being muscular to almost 80 pounds more than I did in my late teens. My relatives all had the same experience, gaining tremendous weight after they reached a certain age. 
Though it was long ago I consider the next 2 years of my life from that point on to be a turning point in my attitude towards my body. Coming from a very active childhood which consisted of perpetual motion, I was determined to change my future. Visualization though I did not realize it played a huge role in my outcome. The 80 pound difference was quickly chopped in half by a constant barrage of activity. 
      Little did I know that the first battle was just the beginning. My weight on my big frame went from 240 to 220 to 205 then to 185. Then back up to 235 then down to 210. It was during the 235 to 210 drop that I started doing a hard cardiovascular work out 5 to 6 times a week. I committed to myself that this body was born to be put in motion and run hard everyday. 
As this blog so clearly shows everyday that about 8 and a half years ago I committed to do a hard cardiovascular workout everyday. Amazing enough when I made that decision my body changed. I was weighing 193 by doing the HCVW 5 to 6 times a week. After doing the workouts everyday my weight dropped to an astonishing 165. 
Keeping that weight for a few months and feeling strong and healthy, I decided that I could put on some more weight.
Now 178 is my number. The irony of this whole journey is I would probably be one large man right now if I had not said, you know what? I can control my body!
I hope my daily listing of my exercise helps someone who is out there wondering, am I just destined to be the size I am now? My answer is unequivocally NO! Not if you don't want it!
You deserve better.

Very good challenge as I learned a good amount. 
Also,  parlaying the taking of  172 Nootrocell tablets as of SUNDAY 12/11/16 6:17 pm back to the work routine slept -  ( slept in a house with power. Started taking Limbex  have taken 360 tablets so far.( as of this Friday 11/25/16 2:41 pm) now have some remaining flexo Plex took 17 tablets for last seven days now done as of 5:42 pm. 
Stopped after 120+ 8 days of taking vitamins for shoulder pain.
***Have a bunch of bottles not opened. Looking to send them all back.Since I got the shot on 9/13/16 I feel like the tablets are not the reason for less pain.

Got  on the purple arc trainer after working 8 hours went to a tree farm and got a Christmas tree prior to doing the 2 hour sports talk radio show NO WORKOUT

Working out everyday is a meritocracy for your ego, you must deliver everyday or part of you if not all parts of you feels pain.
Lately, more specifically I have been cranking out high numbers in my sixty minutes of hard cardiovascular workouts.
At present, vacation is over. 
Goal:  do a two hour hard cardiovascular workout everyday on vacation.
Monday- Day 1 burned 4310  calories in 120 minutes average 35.92 per minute 
Tuesday-Day 2 burned 4520  calories in 120 minutes 37.67
Over the two two hour workouts I'm at 8830/240= 36.79
Wednesday Day 3 burned 4656 calories in 120 minutes = 38.8 calories a minute 
Over the three two hour workouts I'm at 13,486/ 360 = 37.46
Thanksgiving Thursday Day 4 2715 calories in 71 minutes = 38.24 calories per minute 
Over the three two hour workouts  plus one 71 minute workouts I'm at 16,201/431= 37.59 - 
Friday Day 5 4491 calories in 120 minutes = 37.43 per minute 
Over the four two hour workouts  plus one 71 minute workouts I'm at 20,692/551 = 37.55 per minute 
Saturday day 6 2341 calories in 60 minutes = 39.02 
Over the four two hour workouts  plus one 71 minute  and one 60 minute workouts I'm at 23,033/611 =37.70 per minute 
Sunday day 7 2278 in 60 minutes = 37.97 
Over the four two hour, seventy one minute and two sixty minute hard cardiovascular workouts I am @ 25,311 calories over 671 minutes for a 37.72 average per minute.
Monday day 8 2261 in sixty minutes = 37.68 average per minute 
Despite little to no sleep over the last 24 hours I had the energy to close hard and finish the workout - Now at 
27, 572/731= 37.72 per min*****AWESOME!!
Tuesday day 9 of this intense training 2244 in 60 minutes = 37.4 average calorie burn per minute.
29,816/ 791= 37.69
Wednesday day 10 of tense training 2294 in 60 minutes = 38.23 calorie burn
Per minute.
32,110/ 859= 37.38
Thursday day 11 of intensified training 2307 in 60 minutes = 38.45 calorie burn per minute.
34,417/ 919= 37.45 we moved the needle!
Friday day 12 of this awesome challenging journey! 2252 in 60 minutes= 37.53 calorie burn per minute.
36,669/979= 37.46 slight movement.

Opted for special family time.

Monday 15 of the classical journey!! 2272 in 60 = 37.88

Wednesday 17 of the increased workout journey 2317 in 60= 38.62

Thursday 18 of the increased workout journey 2194 in 60= 36.57
47850+2194= 50,044/1339= 37.37
Friday 19 of increased awareness of my work out results- 2206 in 60= 36.77
50,044+ 2206= 52,250/1399= 37.35
I beat yesterday's 2194!
Saturday 20 of conditioning - 1148 in 30= 38.27
52,250+ 1148= 53,398/1429= 37.37 



I know it's was an odd way to spend a vacation but, I  did enjoy those workouts!

Inspiration was high every day! Sleep was high as sleeping schedule of 7- 8 hours followed by a good hard cardio vascular workout has yielded a great sense of well being. 
As the vacation winds down, I take away a great feeling satisfaction that I did burn more in an hour than I had been prior to the vacation.
I still insist that the first thing in the am workouts are phenomenal! 


It is very interesting to notice that after I take the afternoon tablets that I get a second wind  and have a large amount of energy. 
I was  psyched  enough!

Got a cortisone shot in my left shoulder around 3:30 on Tuesday 9/13/16 told by  Doc not to workout til Wednesday.

 Tuesday the 18 th of October  I opened the second bottle of Nootrocell Focus.

This matter has been resolved.
Received only one bottle despite the fact that I ordered and paid for 5 bottles. Waiting for them to confirm that they will send the right amount of bottles.still waiting!!
According to a voice message I received from Athena at Nootrocell the 4 bottles were shipped yesterday ( 10/17/16) and will be arriving within 5 to 7 business days.
Yesterday  10/5/16 ordered 5 month supply.
I felt amazingly sharp and clear in my thinking and movements. The feeling is difficult to explain but it's definitely making a difference. My desire and ability to focus and solve challenges has improved. 

About  2092 hours ( 12/10/ 2016) hours of receiving the cortisone shot in my left shoulder. 

In a thoughtful moment consider this! You  take a wash cloth when it is dirty you rinse it out and clean it as good as you can. Then it is ready for use again.Right?  Today, I felt like that wash cloth as I challenge myself second by second. I emptied all that was in me in the spirit of renewal. Now my body, mind and soul are  refreshed. 

I  absolutely love the first thing in the am  two hour hard cardiovascular workouts!!!!!

On Tuesday,  9/20/2016 The first bottle of Entroocell Focus arrived. I am planning on taking the first two of 71 tablets - on Wednesday September 21, 2016
Took my first tablet of Nootrocell felt different,  a little sharper as I did a great workout and was very conversational , doing it! 

Today is 15th year since 911 - I was well aware of the danger many of us felt. As it all unfolded it became apparent that this was no accident we  were attacked on the contiguous states for the first time since the revolutionary war! You could sense the absolute hatred build against the people  who did these demonic activities.

 thyroid is now at the proper level. As I resumed taking the Levothyroxine.
I have taken 267 tablets of Limbex. 2 bottles  down! Working on third bottle. I am not truly getting a reading on the effective of the Limbex because I had the cortisone shot on September 13, 2016.

Energy generates energy.  It's one thing to do some thing and feel great while doing it, it's another thing to think about what was done and feel awesome about it. However, doing it thinking back on it and writing about it as the best. It is for those reasons why I keep a blog. Two Hundred  and eighty days ( it was 40 Friday's ago) since the fall, upon further review, it was a trip! (3/4/2016) For the last 39 weeks I have been parking in the upper parking lot prior to the show.
