Did a 2 hour workout on Saturday October 25th.Burned 4125 calories.
Did one hour workout burned 2108. Sunday October 26th 
Did one hour worked burned 2025 calories. Monday October 27th
Did one hour workout burned 2026 calories. Tuesday October 28th
Did one hour workout burned 2024 calories. Wednesday October 29th
Did one hour workout burned 2028 calories. Thursday October 30th
