It’s crazy, I sleep my least amount of hours on Saturday between 10 pm and 3 am and take the most amount of steps the following  day!
Then I need Monday to recover from all the movement on Sunday. Then by Tuesday, I come back around to get ready for another five day run of Wednesday through Sunday.
This week my  right leg was testy. To quote Morris Blackmon “its the shoes!”
Well, I bought new shoes they feel good but not as good as the old 11 1/2 wide width ones that broken in and have holes.

By choice I slowed way down after moving a lot in the beginning of the week to hit the minutes and not injuring myself.
In the next week will see if I can stretch it out a bit more as target is 434 to beat last week’s 433 minutes.

The 420 streak ended at 16
Interesting on May 20  2017 when I decided to see if I could hit the 1.04 mark
I was at 1.0348 on July 11 I hit 1.0411 my spill has set me back as I climb to get back to 1.04 When I fell I was at 1.0425!! Oh Man A great challenge that has me psyched to beat 1.0425! In order to hit 1.0425 I need to be at 500 minutes a week for the next 12 1/4 weeks
On December 14  2017 I climbed back to 1.039058 as for  the last 2 days I have done 130 minutes.
As mentioned before for over the last 100 plus days I have been above 1.04 but its been a slow go to crack 1.042000. The Saturday’s schedule is the block.

The fifty three weeks
Week June 9: total 250 minutes as of 8:58 pm June 5, 2018.Goal is to do 75 minutes a day from Tuesday thru Saturday. Goal achieved would equal 550 minutes. And hit for Thirteenth week.
Week June 2:  total minutes as of 3:44 pm June 1, 2018 436 minutes.  Hit target of  436 as we beat previous week’s total for the  12th week!

Week May 26: total minutes as of 4:05 am May 25,2018 435 minutes to beat the week for the 11th straight time! As we rolled past all obstacles!
Week May 19: total minutes 434 as of 6:50 pm  on May 18, 2018 4:25 am still at 300! Need 134 to get number. Thursday 11 1/2 hours of work and sickness stopped plan. Need to regroup with a flush out today, May 18. Fought through and got it! Ten weeks in a row!
Week May 12: total minutes 433 week to date. Nine weeks in a row!
Week May 5: total week to date minutes 431 goal 431 minutes to beat previous week for the EIGHTH straight week. ✅ now, we target 432 for week 49 and as we go for nine to beat last streak of eight.

Week April 28  total week to date 430 minutes  to make it SEVEN weeks in a row where we beat last week’s total minutes.

Week April 21 429 minutes week to date total goal 429 minutes got it
👍 then 44 minutes on  Friday  DONE!= Sixth consecutive week of doing more minutes than the week before! Challenge now is for you, to do........ 430 minutes for week April 28.
Week April 14 428 reached as we needed to do 60 Friday to wrap it up -
As we completed our 5TH week in a row of exceeding the week before’s total.
Now, we go for six!
Week April 7 427 minutes going to limit goal to 427 minutes in an effort to rest the Goal is to beat last week’s 426 FOR the
4th week in a row. ✅ DONE!

^^^^ Eight week streak voluntarily stopped back has been testy.
