As of Thursday February 22, 2018 (Day 62 of winter came back 30’s the 247th longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3,798.29 workouts in the last 3,649 days =1.040914 % more workouts than days since 2/23/2008)wow! 4 %! hit again on day 3608,3614, 3615, 3618 & 3619 3620,3621, 3622, 3624, 3625, 3626, 3627,3628,3629,3630,3631,3633, 3634, 3635, 3636, 3637,3638 3639,3640,3641,3642, 3643, 3644,3645, 3646, 3647,3648, 3649 workouts per day 149.67 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008.

On Thursday February 22,  2018 after about 7 hours of sleep (8:15 pm to 3:15 am ) I felt the best I have in weeks! I pushed the envelope- followed by 10 ++ hours of work (5 am to 3: 30 pm ) followed We did 70 minutes of hard cardiovascular workouts cranked out 18,936 steps and 6.7 miles not including the 70 minutes of hard cardio.

On Wednesday January 17 after 8 + hours of work blasted out 75  minutes of a hard cardiovascular workout.As of 5:53 pm  I walked 15,438 steps and traveled 6 miles.
 

On Monday January 15, 2018  after 9 + hours of sleep ( felt so good after the sleep) blasted out 75  minutes of a hard cardiovascular workout. I walked 7321 steps 3.1 miles

My average steps in miles per Sunday in January is 
17,031 steps 6.7 miles + 19,684 steps 7.2 miles 36,715/ 2 = 18,357.50 steps and 13.9 / 2= 6.9 miles - On Sunday January  21st, by doing 19,227 steps 7.3 miles.  Jan 28th 8.5 with 21,338 steps!  Steps for Sunday's in January 2018 77,280/4= 19,320 & 29.7/4= 7.4 
Averaged on Sunday 19,320 steps and 7.4 miles.

February Sunday Steps:
Super Bowl Sunday February 4th I did 21,142 steps & 7.4 miles.)
Sunday February 11th 19,165 steps and 6.8 miles
After first 2 Sundays in February 2018 were at
40,307/2 = 20,153 steps: 14.2/2=7.1 miles on Sunday Feb 18
Add 15,856 steps and 5.8 miles. 

Sundays seem to be my biggest steps and miles day
In December my average per Sunday's I walked 21,648 steps and  went 8.2 miles.

Felt better and better  as the day progressed.

The 420 streak ended at 16 
Interesting on May 20 when I decided to see if I could hit the 1.04 mark 
I was at 1.0348 on July 11 I hit 1.0411 my spill has set me back as I climb to get back to 1.04 When I fell I was at 1.0425!! Oh Man A great challenge that has me psyched to beat 1.0425! In order to hit 1.0425 I need to be at 500 minutes a week for the next 12 1/4 weeks
On December 14  2017 I climbed back to 1.039058 as for  the last 2 days I have done 130 minutes.

The forty weeks up to date total
Week Feb 24  400  minutes need 65 to get to 465 more in today’s effort to and we got it!

Week February 17 462 minutes ( how do get to 460?) We are at 397 and 

need 63 minutes  in 1 day. Need to do  63 today will  put us on track to wrap it up. And hit 460! We did it again! Four times in a row! We beat last week's total.

Week February 10 459 minutes week  (6 for 6) as we beat last week again.
Week February 3 455 minutes week  Super bowl week (6 for 6)beat last week again!
Week January 27 450 minutes plan is to do 75 a day Monday -Friday as of Wednesday I am 6 for 7. Late day on Saturday chasing the hours cost me church and prep and workout time. 
Week January 20 435  minutes great recovery on Thursday after getting sliced on to 50 on Wednesday. Broke 420 
Week January 13 495 minutes (a tad under the weather but we challenge ourselves to nail 75 each day!) As a result blew away last week's number and most in a week since the tumble! Averaged 80 minutes a day
Week January 6 435 minutes thanks to major efforts early in the week I beat last week.( racked up 400 by Wednesday. When Thursday washed out I plugged the last 35 in after 10 hours of work) oh yeah!

Week December 30 425 minutes  (330 minutes from Sunday day off ( Christmas) to Wednesday That Saturday problem remains a challenge as I got out at 2 and drove him in the snow  got home by 3:15 pm and chose not go out after  that ride and work day and  stayed home.

Week December 23 420 minutes will do 420 this week to rest the legs( walked almost 27 miles in 4 days it was a solid week of walking- 40 miles in 7 days.
Week December 16 ( Vacation week) 785 ( Sun+Mon 120,Tues 90, Wed + Thur + Fri 130 Sat 65 ) minutes 
Trusting my legs and how my body felt I opted for a 65 minute workout out and a 1.039385 still awesome as I set new weekly minute plateau of 785!

December 9 425 minutes I came up short but that was my intention ( after 8 consecutive weeks I missed) my knee felt a little weak I feel much better from it. With snow in the forecast for today and vacation set to start after 1 pm I will decide if I may drop in another workout prior to the end of the week.
December 2 505 minutes beat 480 by doing 105x3= 315 ( hit 320)in first 3 days, RIGHT!
November 25 480 minutes goal is to hit 470 minutes beat last week again!
November 18 465  minutes- beat last week!
At end of day on Saturday  November 18 was at 1.037286
Started week at 1.0372 after Sunday  November 12 workout 

November 11 455 minutes beat last week by 15 minutes and gained 35 minutes on the week.  Went up from 1.0369 now at 1.0373 on Friday the 10th.

November 4 440 minutes beat last week! Had a shot at 450 but didn't plan Wednesday correctly.
October 28 428 minutes beat last week!
October 21 427 minutes beat last week!
October 14 424  minutes Came back! Averaged a 60 minute a workout a day for the week! 
October 7 345 minutes
September was weak due to injury and testing the knee  plus limiting workouts SUN-Sat to 60 minutes ( Saturday has been a challenge because of radio show and nap/rest time.

Today, is the first day for the rest of my life. Isn't that true!

9  11/12's YEARS! BREAK OUT THE ACAI BOWL!

On Tuesday,  9/20/2016 The first bottle of Nootrocell  Focus arrived. I am planning on taking the first two of 71 tablets - 
On Wednesday September 21, 2016 took first tablet of  Nootrocell Focus Focus. Stopped taking on September 14, 2017. Did like the caffeine and taurine.

Its been 526 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.

 Since the fall, upon further review, it was a trip on  (3/4/2016)
