Of course I am referring to the years of 1726 and beyond.As we are decades away from the revolutionary war. However, in my time Day 1726 was a great challenge as I did my very best to burn 2300 calories,
I burned 2329 calories in 60 minutes.A job well done considering that I did 5 hours of hard cardio in 46 1/2 hours over the previous 3 days.I slept and woke up refreshed and attacked the challenge of the workout.
