Early 611am, getting ready for the gym to open. Have to get into lighter eating. Need to get more energy. As being without power interrupted a great routine.Still eating healthy but too much despite physical activity.
A shorten workout as I passed on the circuit but burned a good 2401 calories in 60 minutes and weighed in at 188.
Day 1717 We have our eyes on two things as we set the clocks back, sleep and a double.
