I burned 1208 calories in the first 30 minutes as I came out fresh and rearing to go!
The challenge yesterday was to stay fresh and batlle then,use the break time to refresh.
Getting 9 hours and 55 minutes sure went towards that goal.
As I blasted through my workout. Then, mowed the lawn. Then in a moment shear bad judgement tripped over something in the garage and landed on my side.
I still feel great and am looking forward to Day 1900!
I slept from 1130 pm to 925 am. Yep, a total of 9 hours and 55 minutes.
