Yes I did it back to a 410 wake up and a before six one hour hard cardiovascular workout followed by a great circuit. I am starting to get back the flow in the circuit.
32 pullups
80 crunches incline
62 old style crunches
50 new style crunches decline
53 50 lb on the ab machine.
5 minutes of plank 3 ways

It felt fantastic to up early again and attack the machine before 5 am. I slept from 10:45 pm to 410 am. I ready and determined to have a good workout.I feel like going to the DT and make a motivational speech but I am not due in until tomorrow. Hold me back.
Need to work on Tia Chi.
Day 1805 Back to full schedule: work out, work.
