I did NOT do a double. However, I negotiated a deal to myself. I did a 2283 calorie burn in 60 minutes while wearing 2 1/2 pound weight on each ankle. That was an awesome challenge.
My circuit is starting to take shape.
30 pull ups ( 115 lbs)
30 inclined crunches
20 inclined crunches
50 flexes on each side total plank 4 minutes
50 pounds abdominal 30 times
187 weight
I love having the time to do a great workout.
Day 1788 Now, here we go for it, 3 am up, 4 am on the machine, studio 520 am show, work.
