I challenged myself today. I wore 4 layers and 2 1/2 pound weights on each ankle. I announced that I would do a two hour and I did it. I burned 4500 calories in the two hours.
16 pullups
30 crunches incline
52 old style crunches
60 new style crunches decline
50 50 lb on the ab machine.
4 minutes of plank 3 ways
Weight 182.0
I fought extremely hard to finish my workout today. However, it is the fight that makes it so much fun.
Day 1804 I plan on doing a normal weekday schedule.
