Decided to go with the 2 1/2 pound weights on each ankle and 4 layers including a thermal.Whew! Awesome I feel great!

I attacked the circuit with:
*Did 30 pullups
*I did 50 crunches
50 out style crunches
*5 minutes of plank 3 ways
*30 50 lb on the ab machine.

Awesome news, the sports radio show that I do has now moved to a new time 8 pm to 10 pm on Friday nights still on wnhu 88.7 fm in West haven and streaming live on www.wnhu.net
