Opted for the hour with the weights.I broke 2408 calories burned in sixty minutes for the first time in at least a month. As we did IT, with the weights on the ankles.
I also did my circuit while wear the weights.
I attacked the circuit with:
* 34 pullups
* 70 crunches incline
* 60 old style crunches
*60 new style crunches decline
*5 minutes of plank 3 ways
*34 50 lb on the ab machine.
* = all done while wearing 2 1/2 pound weights on each ankle
Felt awesome!
New scale weight 185.6
Day 1800 A milestone? Its only eighteen times my first hundred days.
