Did another double our 75TH that means I average a 2 hour plus workout every 24 days.
That is 4 doubles in the first six days of 2013!
Today did 121 minute and 4610 calorie burn as I used the "old fashion" machine.
I found an incline sit up machine!
I am going to have to retrench on these exercises.
I did 30 crunches.

Weighed in at 187.
Day 1781 here we go, 3 am up gym opens at 4 am leave for studio 510ish.
