- In sixty minutes I burned 1312 calories
- 40 assisted chin ups
- 750 crunches
- 365 floor crunches
- seven minutes of plank
As I look at these five, I realize that I have not done these every one of the 1251 straight days.
The constant is the # 1. That is the workout where I sweat the most and work the hardest. Numbers 2 through 5, I have gone with or without for several periods of time.
Day 1252 the weather has cooled off a little let's see how long this continues.
