Today, I burned 1363 calories in the hour and did 26 chin ups, 1010 crunches 160 floor crunches and 2 minutes of plank! Felt awesome.
Day 1234 it is the final day of voting - I am psyched on both fronts! Burn 1400 tomorrow be elevated to the next round--Le's go!
