Got on the machine at 423 am burned 1340 calories in the hour and did 33 assisted chin ups with 1520 crunches( 380 were done on the floor) and did, 1 1/2 min of plank. If I am going to improve on my plank times I need to do it in short sleeves.
Its been awhile since I hit the machine that early.
Day 1243 as it warms up and we gain steam!
