I decide on wearing on one layer of clothing instead of three today as a result I felt looser and able to workout harder. I just felt that if I shed the heavier clothing I would burn a lot more calories and I was right.
I burn 1354 calories in the hour and did 40 assisted chin ups along with 1200 elevated plus 150 floor crunches and a 5 minute plank.
I felt awesome and I am braced for the three to four day heat wave. Yikes!
