The ward of the day was not up.It was just wards as in on wards.The strength was there in the end as I finished by burning 2424 calories.I pushed very hard in the last five minutes as in the previous 25 minutes I burned. 51 pull ups 5 minutes of plank 350 killers, 420 crunches and 500 q's and 800 floors.Weight 184.
Supposedly a shorter duration today as both the miles and the hours got racked up.
