My habit of late on Friday is to stay up late. Last night, I was up until 1 am.That is a total of 21 hours of being "up and active". I suppose working out from 440 am to 640am then getting ready for work and leaving at 810 am and working at 9 am until 3 pm and breaking for fruit and green tea and honey grain bagels at 3 pm.Then back by 4 pm to running around until 550 pm.Then visiting at 7 pm ( standing and sitting) until 1030 pm and returning home at 1120 pm and relaxing until 1 am.
Now, here I sit at the PC at 10 15 am after waking up at 915 am.Ready to workout and then get ready for work at 530 pm.I got plenty of rest.So I am rearing to GO!
We need to break yesterdays total of 2423 calories burned in an hour and then do another hour!When I do that the streak will continue and I will have completed my 58TH double.
Now, I was on another arc trainer by Cybex but I burned 2510 calories in an hour and did another hour after that for a total two hour calorie burn of 4755.I weighed in at 179. I did no other exercises as someone was on the pull up routine and I just decided to call it a day.Of course before I completed my 18TH consecutive day of burning at least 2400 calories in an hour and my 58TH double .
Burning 2510 calories maybe record. 2510 beats 2495 which I set on day 1421 which was 1/13/12. Friday January 13TH is the day I started with the 400 pound weight resistance. Now I am not sure which machine I did it on.
Now, off to a night of work or fun? i'll make that decision.
Day 1640 we will go for a double
