I burned 4775 calories in 120 minutes. Which equals a 39.79 calorie burn per minute.I completed my 56TH double.
I blasted a 40 on the chin ups and managed three minutes of plank but I did a very awesome crunch session where I did 380 killers 450 crunches 1100 q's. 800 floors. I was down to 179 for a weight. Then I sojourned on to a few stores before I took a rest for breakfast. My workout today on my day off from work was three hours long.
How great is that?
I was up at 5:25 AM -
Day 1627 1ST the workout then the show; need to up at 3 AM and out by 4 AM!
