We did our 51 ST double today. We started our 123 minute trek at 955 am. We burned 4662 calories and did 60 94 pound assisted chin ups.Did an awesome 8 1/2 minutes of plank. Had a good crunch session 340 killers.370 crunches .With 480 q's. 800 floor crunches.Weight 181.Had 3 heavy layers on.
