Fifty in the books!
In 1569 I did 50 doubles which averages out to one double every 31 days.
We played with no fans and with 3 layers. I did 4598 in 122 minutes.I felt really strong as my effort on the chin ups and plank showed.I also nailed the crunches.
I did 50 94 pound assisted chin ups. I did 8 minutes of plank.Again this after a 122 minute cardio.I did 4 sets of crunches

- 450 crunches
- 630 q's
- 800 floor crunches
Day 1570 as we are 30 from 1600.
