Not much in the way of sleep as I watched my beloved NY Rangers lose last night.So, less than 5 hours of sleep was in the recipe for burning 2286 and doing a eight minute plank with a 40 chin up effort. I did 110 killers 340 crunches and 240 q's and 500 floors.I weighed in at 182.
